OUR STORY
Meridian Cargo was founded in 2011 by a small team of freight forwarders who were tired of losing shipments to poor handoffs between carriers. We built our own tracking infrastructure so that no parcel could disappear between "picked up" and "delivered."
"We didn't set out to be the biggest freight company. We set out to be the one that picks up the phone."
That principle still runs the company today: every shipment gets a named route planner, live status updates, and a direct line to someone who can actually answer a question — not a ticket queue.
